Over the past few years, we’ve seen exceptional students we’ve trained & invested in for years, leave us too early for interstate programs, simply because we couldn’t yet offer that next level of training alongside their education.

For twelve years, Vanguard’s part-time program has proven that we can cultivate elite performing artists while preparing them for lasting careers. Vanguard Academy is the natural evolution of a studio of our caliber.

We will give a small selected group of students the opportunity of being our Foundation Cohort. Training hours, structure, opportunities & mentorship without asking them to compromise their education or leave Perth during High School years.

Through our carefully selected partnership with ACC, we’ve created a collaboration that brings together a genuine private school education with specialised performing arts training. Structured school days. Formal uniforms. High expectations. Strong academics. Serious training.

For almost twelve years, Vanguard has built a reputation as the training ground for elite young performers & for over a decade, we’ve been the leading WA feeder studio for professional artists in the industry.

The right environment & importantly guidance from people who have lived it, owners who understand the industry & the journey with the correct connections to help our students navigate what comes next.

Perth has been waiting for this. I know because I felt it in 2015 when we started Vanguard, the same gut feeling that this is right, this is needed, this is obvious.

A weekday education and high-level performing arts program for students entering Years 9-12 in 2027.

Academic education.

High-level performing arts training integrated into the school day.

A dedicated Academy environment at Vanguard Performing Arts.

Not school with dance added on.
