💙 **MEN’S HEALTH WEEK | 15th–21st June** 💙

This Men’s Health Week, we’re encouraging the men in our community to put their health first.

Too often, men wait until something hurts before taking action. Reformer Pilates is a fantastic way to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, posture and overall wellbeing – helping you stay active for life, not just recover from injury.

It’s also a great reminder to check in with the men around you. A simple conversation, a shared workout or an invitation to move together can make a real difference.

Often members wait in reception listening to the class before….,talking about lunges, planks and “a spicy little finisher” for the session they about to walk into… 👀😂

Members pretending they didn’t hear any of it:
