Cottesloe Golf Club

Cottesloe Golf Club Cottesloe Golf Club is an 18 hole private golf club situated on the stunning WA coast.

Founded over a century ago in 1908, Cottesloe Golf Club established its first links course close by the sea, where the existing Sea View Golf Club exists today. With aspirations of achieving course championship status, the Club moved to its present site in Swanbourne, where a new 18 hole course was carved from the scrub and sand hills using a horse and plough by a group of willing volunteers. e that time, the Club has been a prominent part of the history of golf in Western Australia and has played host to recent events including the Amateur Golf Championships of Australia, the Australian Junior Interstate Series and the WA Open Championship, and winning Metro Golf Course of the year in 2020. A Graham Marsh designed layout has progressed to being widely regarded as one of the finest tests of golf in Western Australia boasting a well-appointed, two storey clubhouse with unparalleled views of the ocean to the west and city to the east.

Your invitation to join us at one of the most special days on our calendar.

On Friday, 18 September we are opening up our doors for an incredible day of team skins golf, with prizes and jackpots on every hole! Followed by a players party on the Terrace with food, drinks, entertainment and guest speaker.

This will be our 106th annual Charity Gala Golf Day, where we dedicate a week to supporting some incredible local causes.

This year we will be raising funds for Dementia Australia, WA Kirkbride Melanoma Advisory Service and a CGC funded initiative transforming the way Deaf Junior Golfers learn to play.

Bookings are open and can be made via MiTournament or by contacting the Golf Shop (official GA ID required).

We can’t wait for a fantastic day and to see some new faces!

Matthew Gavshon keeps our streak running hot with his first career ace ⛳️🔥

After almost an entire week without an ace here at CGC, Matt stepped up to the second with his 7-iron, and hit it the perfect 177m to find the bottom of the cup.

Sunset celebrations for our 12 Pennant teams who proudly represented Cottesloe from February to August..

Pizza, Putts and Pennant was a relaxed and social way to come together as a club and socialise after a busy season.

Players, managers, caddies, sponsors and support teams were recognised for their club commitment.

Love seeing the diversity in our membership from 11 to 80 year old all enjoying golf and team spirit.

That’s a wrap on the 2026 Kay & Garry Briggs Mixed Foursomes Championships, congratulations to winners Katie Seol and Lucas Ferri.

It was a great day out on Sunday, 18-holes of fun, competitive golf followed by a delicious two-course dinner and presentations.

It was great to have Kay & Garry join us for dinner and to present the champions with the trophy. Kay & Garry were the inaugural winners of this trophy, and 9-time champions (as partners) since.

Thanks to all who competed, we look forward to next year!
