Since August 1987, Workout Fitness Center has been one of the pioneers in Cebu’s fitness industry — proudly serving the community for 38 years with a more personalized and hands-on approach to customer service and fitness coaching.

In 1990, Step Aerobics was first introduced at the former Colon Branch, becoming one of the exciting fitness trends of its time.

Today, it is making a comeback at the WFC Capitol Branch through Coach Nicey — a Cardio Hi-Lo Impact Instructor since 1997 — bringing back the energy, fun, and effective cardio workout that many fitness enthusiasts loved.
