Some personal news + 💜 A new chapter for The Yoga Connect 💜
After seven wonderful years of running The Yoga Connect, the time has come for me to officially hand over the reins.
From Monday 26 October, the lovely Ruby Clohessy will be taking over as the new owner of The Yoga Connect. 🌿
It's hard to put into words just how much this little business has meant to me over the years. What started as a passion for sharing yoga has grown into such a beautiful, supportive community, filled with wonderful people, friendships and connections that I'll treasure forever.
I'm incredibly proud of what we've created together, and so grateful to everyone who has been part of the journey.
Becoming a mum to my gorgeous little boy Cameron has brought a whole new perspective to life. These early years are so precious, and I've made the decision to step away from running the business so I can slow down, be more present and enjoy this special time with my family.
It's certainly a bittersweet feeling. The Yoga Connect has been such a big part of my life for so long, but I know this is the right next chapter for me.
I'm absolutely delighted that Ruby will be continuing The Yoga Connect. She's already a much-loved part of our teaching community, and I hope you'll all give her the same warmth, encouragement and support that you've shown me over the years.
From 27th October, Ruby will officially be the new owner and will be looking after the day-to-day running of the business, classes and future direction of The Yoga Connect. I'm so pleased that our little yoga community will continue here in Como.
💜 One last get-together!
I'd also love to organise a little gathering to celebrate the wonderful community we've built over the past seven years.
It would mean so much to catch up with familiar faces, share a few memories and have the opportunity to thank you all in person. I'll share more details soon, and I'd absolutely love to see as many of you there as possible!
To every student who has rolled out a mat with us, every teacher who has shared their knowledge and passion, and everyone in our local community who has supported The Yoga Connect along the way — thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
You've helped make The Yoga Connect something truly special, and I'll always be grateful for the friendships, kindness and memories that have come from it.
Although I'll no longer be running the business, I certainly hope our paths continue to cross. Como is home, and I look forward to seeing many of you around, perhaps even on a yoga mat again one day!
Here's to beautiful endings, exciting new beginnings and the wonderful community that will always hold a special place in my heart. 🌿💜
