We run small group fitness classes in Neil McDougal Park, Como, Western Australia, designed to get you moving better so you can build strength and remove pain. Our classes are small so we can focus on each individual making it a more personalised experience. We offer a one-on-one Personal Training option either at Neil McDougall Park, or at your home if you need a more personalised approach. We also offer Mobile Remedial and Sports massage, using movement release techniques to help loosen fascia and muscles so your body can perform at your best.
