Our goal is to inspire you to live a more active, balanced, and healthy life, so you can handle life’s challenges with energy, feel amazing, and be a strong role model for your kids. Many mums spend hours sitting at work or at home, and it takes a toll on your health and wellbeing. Your body was made to move, and your mind thrives on it! At Feel Your Best Fitness, we make movement fun, empowering, and achievable, helping you stay active and make fitness a natural part of your everyday life. We run small group fitness classes in Neil McDougal Park, Como, Western Australia, designed to get you moving better so you can build strength and remove pain. Our classes are small so we can focus on each individual making it a more personalised experience. We offer a one-on-one Personal Training option either at Neil McDougall Park, or at your home if you need a more personalised approach. We also offer Mobile Remedial and Sports massage, using movement release techniques to help loosen fascia and muscles so your body can perform at your best. Your body isn't broken. It's just been through something massive.

After having a baby, so many mums I work with feel:

• weak through their core
• tight in their hips and back
• unsure what's even safe to do anymore
• completely disconnected from their own body

So they do nothing… or they jump back into exercise that feels all wrong. And then wonder why they still feel off.

Before becoming a mum, everyone tells you how much your life will change.

What surprised me most wasn't the lack of sleep, the endless washing or how busy life would become...It was how much love I could possibly have for one tiny little person 💙

How much I miss her when I'm away.
How seeing that cheeky grin and hearing that infectious giggle can instantly make a hard day better.

How much joy comes from watching her create her own little adventures, explore the world and learn new things every single day ✨

Some days are messy.Some days are exhausting.Some days I feel like I'm winging it completely 😅

But then there are moments like these that make me stop and think, wow... I really get to be her mum 🤍

Motherhood is definitely the hardest thing I've ever done, but it's also the most rewarding.

Over the last 12 years, both my business and I have continued to evolve. But since having Eleanor and experiencing all the changes pregnancy, birth and motherhood bring to your body, mindset and lifestyle, Feel Your Best has gone through its biggest transformation yet. 💙

I now understand firsthand the guilt, time pressure, low motivation and lack of energy so many mums experience when trying to prioritise themselves and become active again.

That’s why FYB has shifted its focus towards helping mums feel stronger, healthier and more confident through pregnancy, motherhood and beyond.

I’ve recently updated our Vision, Mission, Values and 4 Step Process to better reflect who we help and what we stand for — creating a supportive community where mums can move better, build strength and truly feel their best again.
