Our programs range from beginner's to elite athletes and every level in-between. We have a developed boxing program that ranges from beginners to elite fighters and every level in between. Our boxing classes range from:
-Kids (6-10)
-Teens (11-16)
-Adults (17+)
We also provide functional fitness training. Functional fitness is exercise/strength training that translates into everyday moveme
nts and activities. We have strength classes that focus on prime movers (big muscles �)
These classes also cover everyone from beginners to elite lifters. Both of our coaches offer 1on1 training. Ben- our personal trainer has a Certificate 4 in fitness. He can provide training for muscle gain, fat loss, sport rehabilitation, strength training and everything in between. Vic- our boxing coach with 15 year's experience in the boxing industry, providing boxing classes, 1on1 boxing for beginners that want to learn a new skill to elite level fighters.
