What a season it's been.
When we look back at what made this year special, one word keeps coming up again and again: community. Not just from the kids, but from the parents, the coaches, and everyone who showed up week after week.
To our committee, coaches, team managers and volunteers the feedback has been clear in 2026 the club has felt more organised, more cohesive, and more welcoming than ever before. That doesn't happen by accident. That's leadership, energy, and genuine care from the people who show up early and stay late.
To the parents, thank you. For the friendships you've built on the sidelines, for the support you've given each other, and for making this club feel less like an organisation and more like a family.
To the players — you brought the energy, the goals, and the good times. You are what makes this club a great one.
And honestly, that's what junior footy is all about. Teamwork. Sportsmanship. Growth. Kids learning to back each other up, win together, lose together, and get straight back up again.
We always want more views and voices on the committee in 2027 stay tuned for the AGM soon.
