"Life will always throw you curve balls...it's your job to learn to swing the bat" ... And you can't swing a bat well if you have dodgy movement - so just do Pilates, ok!?
✨ Your movement will be better for it AND you'll be able to hit those curve balls that head your way!
✨ I use a lot of small equipment in my classes...resistance bands, balls, rollers, thera-bands, yoga blocks, small hand weights and the magic circle.
✨ I love to add a different dimension and challenge your pilates sessions.
✨ These different balls are great for all sorts of things. To assist alignment, add resistance, for fascia and muscle release, trigger point work, to give tactile feedback, strength work or to give a stability challenge. So many possibilities 🙃

Have you been taking care of your feet?
They literally support us all day, every day so we really should be looking after them! Feet problems can cause compensatory movement patterns. This can effect balance, posture, mobility and the way we walk. Which in turn can lead to issues further up the chain...think ankle, knee, hip, back, shoulders, neck. Remember no one part of the body ever moves alone. So in case you wonder why there is often a focus on foot position during pilates...this would be why!
