our members are the heart and soul of everything we do, and our member spotlight is our chance to celebrate some of the incredible individuals who make our community so special. this month, we’re excited to feature Mick!

💪 How long have you been a Balance member?
Mick has been a member of Balance for over 10 years!

💪 What do you love most about being a Balance member?
Mick loves the friendly and helpful staff & getting to access the pool at Mayfield.

💪 What’s a goal you’re currently working towards?
Mick's goal is to keep turning up and keep walking. His saying is " you have to get sick of me before i get sick of you" and as long as we have the pool, Mick will stick around!😉

Mick was diagnosed with MS back in 2012 he has gone from standing for a 1.5 mins to 4.5 mins and that's all with the help from the pool. He wants to keep consistently being able to stand longer and build strength. Thanks for being such an amazing and loyal member Mick 🫶
