June 20 is coming up very quickly, where thanks to Carlton Dry, we are excited to welcome Gary Ablett Jr and Gary Rohan to Deepcore Drilling Riverside Oval.

As you may already know, Gary Ablett Jr will be lining up for Newbridge FNC and Gary Rohan will be lining up for Bridgewater Football Netball Club, after we were lucky enough to win the Carlton Draft competition for “Rivals Year”.

Following the senior match, we’ll be hosting an evening full of stories, laughs and insights from both players. It’s shaping up to be a special night for our community.
Tickets are very limited, so we encourage you to get in quickly.

Event details:
• From 5pm – Food trucks operating in the car park for dinner
• From 6pm – Evening event begins
• Bars open all day and night for refreshments.

Please note: If you plan to attend the game during the day, this ticket does not include ground entry.

Congratulations to Jorja Hufer on reaching her 100th game for the Newbridge Football Netball Club this weekend! Jorja’s journey is a testament to her incredible talent and dedication. She seamlessly transitioned through the junior pathway straight into A Grade, proving her versatility by dominating in both goals and defence. After undergoing a long-awaited shoulder reconstruction during the off-season, Jorja has shown incredible resilience. Returning through the B squad, she has quickly become a dominant target in the goal circle this season showing immense growth and development. Looking forward to many more games to come!

350 Club Games. What an achievement!! 👏

This Saturday, we celebrate Tom Wilson bringing up an incredible 350 games for the club.
After first running out in the U/17s at age 11, Tom is now a 2-time Reserves premiership player, former U/18 coach, former Reserves coach and captain, long-time committee member, and one of the true heart-and-soul people of the club.
Tom’s contribution goes far beyond the field, with years of dedication helping shape the club on and off game day.
Congratulations Tommy — 350 games of loyalty, passion and service to the maroon and white!

The Newbridge Football Netball Club would like to sincerely thank , the and the Australian Government for supporting our Strong Communities Flood Recovery Round.

This weekends round is about more than football and netball — it’s about recognising the strength, resilience and spirit of our community following the impacts of flooding across our region.

Thanks to this funding support, we’re able to provide a free community day at Deepcore Drilling Riverside Oval this coming Saturday, including free entry, free coffee, kids entertainment and live music for everyone to enjoy.
