Calling all Bodyscape dog lovers! Join us for a relaxed community walk where you & your four-legged friend can enjoy some fresh air and a chance to connect with fellow Bodyscapers.

After the walk, we’ll head to a local café, and coffee is on us for every one who joins.

Bring your pup, your walking shoes, and we’ll see you there!

FOCUS ON HAMSTRING FLEXIBILITY, SPINAL EXTENSION

SATURDAY 29th AUGUST 2026, 1-3PM

Step confidently onto the mat in another round of Foundations with Bodyscape Teacher Cherry, a workshop designed for students finding their feet (and toes) in yoga, with a special focus on hamstring flexibility and spinal extension.

You’ll learn techniques to lengthen the hamstrings safely without overstretching, while developing healthy spinal extension through mindful alignment, muscular engagement, and breath awareness.

Whether you’re working towards forward folds, standing balances, or simply moving with greater freedom in everyday life, this workshop will deepen your understanding of functional flexibility and help you build confidence on and off the mat.

CHA DAO TEA CEREMONY & CAKE

SUNDAY 23rd AUGUST 2026, 1.30-3.30PM

We’re delighted to invite you to experince the quiet ritual of the Cha Dao Tea with Ai-Ling Truong Ai-Ling Truong, where presence, mindfulness and connection come together in a simple yet deeply nourshing way.

Following the ceremony, Ai-Ling will share one of her signature creations: a light chiffon sponge cake with coconut cream frosting and seasonal fruit. The cake is gluten free, dairy free and nut free, thoughtfully prepared for everyone to enjoy.

We’ll close the afternoon with time for gentle conversation, reflection and any questions that arise from the experience. Whether this is your first tea ceremony or a familiar practice, you are warmly welcome to join us.
