UWAM - UWA Motorsport Team The University of Western Australia Motorsport (UWAM) team are a group of students who compete to be a driving force of Innovation in Formula SAE.

The University of Western Australia Motorsport Team is a student organisation which competes in the global Formula SAE competition, striving to be a driving force of innovation in FSAE. Students are given the opportunity to design, build, and race a car against other universities globally. The experience gained through the team will advantage students from all disciplines. Based in Bassendean, West Coast Suspension brings over 100 years of expertise to the design and manufacture of suspension systems. From 4WD lift kits and custom leaf springs to advanced shock absorber technologies, every suspension they produce is designed in-house and field tested before release.

We had the opportunity to use West Coast Suspension's damper dyno in 2025, allowing us to gather critical suspension data and make informed, data-driven decisions in the development of our car's suspension system.
