WA I14 & Cherub state presentations all set up and ready to go.

Heat 5 and 6 were scheduled for a 12pm start, the forecast was for a building southerly breeze up to 15-20 knots. At 10am the breeze was already in at 15 knots. This was going to be a tough day at the office for the sailors.
