Having a strong core is alot more than just having abs.

It helps you move better, stay stronger, improve balance and stability, especially for athletes when it matters and it can even help reduce those little aches and niggles that creep in over time.

Fats aren’t the devil and a lot of people still think eating fat makes you fat lol but that ain’t true because we need healthy fats for hormones, brain function, health and optimizing our testosterone.

Eat more whole foods, good fats and you’ll feel better, look better and stay fuller.

Before, I used to think getting bigger was the goal.

As I’ve gotten older (and hopefully a little wiser), I think differently now.

To me, being strong is moving well…having energy and actually feeling good in your own body matters much more.

I’m not against building muscle but not at the expense of your health and longevity.

I’m all for building a body that gives back, that lets you train hard, work hard, play with your kids, enjoy life, and feel athletic af, years from now.

That’s what I’ve been building behind the scenes.
