GoJu Ryu Karate-Do Shingokan Mt Gambier Authentic Japanese accredited GoJu Karate. 8th Dan Head of Style and 3IC in Japanese Karate Federation of GoJu Kai. Simply " A kick ahead of the rest!"

My school is one of many GoJu Ryu schools in Australia, and throughout the world. We are affiliated with the Japanese Karate school known as Shingokan. My Sensei in Japan is Shinji, an 8th Dan Blackbelt graded by the GoJu Kai of the All Japan Karate Federation, which is the highest ranking system worldwide. Gradings are held two to three times per year. The belts are white, blue, orange, purple, y

ellow, green, brown and black. The gradings are carried out by the Head Of Style and Chief Instructor, Geoff Rohde, and with the assistance of high grade students who train with him.
$8 a lesson for Adults
$6 for High school students
$5 for Primary School students

Hi to all lovers of traditional GoJu Ryu Karate. We plan to move into our new dojo towards the end of June when our current lease at 27 Percy St expires. I believe council have ear-marked this building for subsequent demolition.
Our new premises are located in the Reidy Park Complex on O'Halloran Tce. A significant amount of material has been moved already but we still have gym equipment to go and all of our signage to go.Our new facility is large, neat and clean and we are are looking forward to this exciting move. Interested beginners of all ages are welcome to train with us in traditional karate which focuses on both kumite, kata and self-defence in a friendly, welcoming community environment.
