A ripping day in the city with the young lad with a little bit of a history lesson (said it was ok😆) a walking tour, then we stopped off , voted top 100 bugers in the world, unbelievable KFC burger(thats what they callit), you like this food, gooooo, crazy good...🤯👌

Our sessions still run every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, a brilliant mob to train with, heaps of banter, and some exercise included, cheers team...😆👊💪

An awesome catch up with my old Boss Rick, got the txt and headed down to while he was filming his new series at a laugh and plenty of banter about old times back , yes we chatted about you lads... all positive of course...🤔😆👏 , best time ever fellas, till next time

And there we have it, 6 plus years, 4 RU, playing a lot of finals series inbetween, then finishing with an U21s Grand Final win, that will do just fine, cheers lads, it has been an absolute pleasure...👏
