💙 SENIOR GYMNASTICS COACH | BALLARAT

✨Ready to take the next step in your coaching career?✨

Eureka Gymnastics Club is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Gymnastics Coach to join our team in Ballarat.

🤸‍♀️This isn't just another coaching position.🤸‍♀️

We're looking for someone who is ready for more responsibility, more ownership and the opportunity to have a genuine influence on the development of a strong and successful gymnastics program.

Eureka is an established competitive gymnastics club with a proud history of developing talented athletes and, just as importantly, giving every gymnast strong technical foundations — whether they choose recreational gymnastics or progress into competition.

Our gymnasts have access to both WAG and AGC competitive pathways, with a strong record of success across the competitive levels. Eureka has proudly developed athletes who have gone on to represent Victoria in WAG and MAG, with a number of those gymnasts now coaching within the club and helping develop the next generation.

💙THE OPPORTUNITY💙

This role would suit an experienced coach who is ready to step into a stronger leadership position and help shape the next phase of Eureka's programs.

You'll have the opportunity to:
✨Coach within our WAG, AGC and recreational programs
✨Take ownership of program development
✨Help develop and mentor our junior coaching team
✨Work alongside our experienced Head Coach and senior coaching team
✨Play a meaningful role in the future direction of Eureka Gymnastics Club

✨24 hours per week initially, with additional hours available for the right candidate.
✨Permanent part-time
✨Ballarat, Victoria
✨Commencement negotiable, with opportunities available from Term 4 2026

We're particularly interested in hearing from coaches with WAG Advanced Coaching accreditation or above, however we encourage experienced coaches who believe they could be the right fit for Eureka to get in touch.

Congratulations to all the gymnasts and their families who competed in this weekends’s Eureka Gymnastics Club Annual Invitational competition. It was wonderful to see the skills and enthusiasm on display across the different apparatuses.
