Im a group fitness and personal trainer working in the north western suburbs of melbourne. I train from home, local parks and at Lionsden Boxing Academy in Taylors Lakes. I specalise in body transformations, kettlebells, body weight training, rip trainer, suspension trainer and boxing

. Im a mum of three young children and am fully aware of the busy lifestyle that most women have between juggling careers, family and friends. Sometimes because of all this craziness exercise and nutrition can take a backseat. Well im here to help you get back on track! Im not perfect myself and slip up along the way but together we can create better habits and a new lifestyle, making you faster, stronger and healthier all while having a bit of fun. Sustainable lifestyle changes aren’t going to give you your dream body overnight or a miracle cure for lifelong aches and pains. Others may not even notice the physical changes for months.

Making sustainable health changes is something you do for yourself not for others admiration or recognition.

If the desire doesn’t come from within then what will keep you moving towards your goals when no one is watching?

Quick results won’t last and neither will the behaviours that got you there.

The solution, find a coach or community that has been there and lives a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
You don’t have to try and mirror what they do but you can learn from their experience and forge your own path.

There is so much power in the pause.

Stop throughout your day to pause.

Pause to breath, to listen to yourself, to your body.

Pause to notice your surroundings, pause to take it all in, to breathe, to smile, and to remember.

Life is happening all around us and unless we pause we won’t even notice it.

And in Melbourne it is currently only 9 degrees and wet ☹️, so what better way to warm up then with a bowl of steamy porridge. Top with Greek yogurt, cottage cheese or stir in some protein powder to make this meal complete x

Easy pickled onions & radish.

Finely slice 2 red onions and 4 radishes.
Mix through 2 tsp sea salt and the juice of three limes (2 tbsps).

Cover and set aside for 1 hour to pickle.

Store any leftovers in a jar in the fridge along with the pickling juices for up to 5 days.

Enjoy with eggs, sandwiches , salads or rice dishes . Also the pickle juice is great mixed through some cottage cheese or yoghurt.
