Everything from yoga, dance, meditation, breathwork, pre and post natal class.

We also have wellness practitioners, events and offerings.

We are community focused, often giving back through fund raisers and collaborations.

We practice it all in the hope that we offer a seamless experience. Sure it doesn’t always go to plan and we do stuff it up along the way, but just as you practice your yoga, we practice our space holding.

So next time an instructor “stuffs it up” just know that we are practicing just like you 💚

This one was super fun!

Each team was given a letter, and the first instructor to create a pose starting with that letter one.

We didn’t always get it right, but have a laugh on us! 😂

We’re an urban sanctuary in Reservoir, Melbourne, offering an array of classes and services: Yoga, Dance, Breathwork, Pre / Post Natal classes and holistic therapies.

Our community is filled with incredible beings who support one another on their journey to wellness.
