Your HRM zones are based on your Maximum Heart Rate (MHR) meaning the percentages you see are personalised to YOU.

💚Zone 1 = Recovery & movement
🩵Zone 2 = Aerobic fitness & endurance
💙Zone 3 = Conditioning & work capacity
💜Zone 4 = High-performance training
🧡Zone 5 = Maximum effort

And here’s something many people get wrong...

That’s how you should think about your training too.

Looking after your health, energy, and mindset first allows you to show up better for your partner, kids, work, and everyone around you.

Training isn’t selfish. It’s one of the best things you can do for yourself and the people relying on you 👊
