❗️How to make a submission to the Moreton Motorsport Park Ministerial infrastructure Designation Application❗️

❓What is a Ministerial Infrastructure Designation Application❓

🔹Because the proposed Moreton Motorsport Park is considered to be ‘community supporting infrastructure’ as it is a sporting facility, the proposal is able to be considered as a Ministerial Infrastructure Designation, or MID.

🔹The MID process provides an alternative process for lodging a development application with Local Government. The process is managed by the State Government (Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning) with input from other government agencies. Ultimately, the planning minister is responsible for making MID decisions.

🔹As part of the MID process, the MMP team has undertaken comprehensive surveys, modelling and reporting in relation to potential impacts, including noise, environmental and traffic. The team has also undertaken a detailed analysis into the community and economic need for the facility and the benefits which will flow from it. This information is provided on the MID portal for review, during the public consultation process.

🛵The Moreton Motorsport Park has been assigned a reference number: MID-0326-1001. In order to view and make a submission, follow the following steps:

1. Open your internet browser and in the search bar, type in (or copy and paste) the below URL or simply click on the below URL

2. Scroll down the webpage until you get to the “Ministerial Infrastructure 💥

Debut Done And Dusted 👏🏽

Results -

Qualifying: 6th (13.411)
Heat 2: 4th - 3rd
Heat 3: 5th - 5th
Bronze Dash: - 7th
A Main: 7th - 8th

Last night concluded out 25'26 season, and honestly it ended on a high. With Alyssa making her 410 debut she adapted to the car well and managed to get a top 10 result in the QLD title!

A big Thankyou to all of our supporters who brought merch and supported the team! And a massive thankyou to all partners involved across the season.

410 DEBUT 😎

Tonight Alyssa is making her 410 debut at for their QLD Title!

After a practice session last night she is feeling comfortable in the car and is excited to get back out on track for the last time this season.

Merch is also available trackside in between turns 3 & 4.

Racing at Toowoomba this season is now officially concluded. Alyssa did find the track very technical last night, but she managed to move forward when it mattered.

Next up, 410 debut at Maryborough Speedway next weekend!

A small but mighty field of 360-LS Sprintcars are rolling into McCosker Rockhampton Speedway as part of the 2026 RockyNats this Friday night, 17 April 2026.

Libby’s Racing is bringing a three-car hit squad - Libby Ellis, Anthony Vanderreyden, and Paul Boschert.
Can they fill all three podium places?

Bateman Motorsport fires back with Steve and Beau Bateman battling for family bragging rights.

Alyssa Cherrie is chasing win #2 for the season.
And Karl Hoffmans? More than likely a podium contender.
