🦅FITNESS TRAINING🦅

The netball department are extending our invite to any members of the club that want to participate in our Tuesday night fitness training

We have a qualified fitness instructor that makes the night fun and well worth the time! Plus the added bonus is the work out as well.

Fitness training takes place at the MFNC netball courts from 6pm til 7pm.

This weekend we had a clean sweep in the football department. Well done to our boys!

Great job to our netballers also, but Drouin were very strong. Well done to the U13s and U15s on their wins!
