📣 BALMORAL ON YORK PE GREEN MEMORIAL RACE SUNDAY 13 SEPTEMBER
Next Sunday is our third and final open race of the season the Balmoral on York PE Green Memorial 45km graded handicap.
It’s been super encouraging to see riders from U17 to Elite riders able to race with us this season, first at the Villino CoffeebGrindelwald Hillclimb Challenge and at My Ride Launceston Sawpit Hill Gravel.
The Balmoral on York PE Green Memorial is the third race in our open race series, and is held at Cressy over 2 laps the traditional sprinter-friendly, Green Rises Road - Elphinstone Road course.
‘The PE Green’ has long been a feature of the Tasmanian cycling calendar and was organised by Peter and Molly Fraser at Northern Districts Cycling Club until they called it a day last season.
Thank you to the race sponsor Balmoral on York for coming on board this season to ensure the PE Green remains a fixture on the race calendar for seasons to come.
