The ClubVolunteer platform breaks volunteering down into simple steps for club administrators and volunteer coordinators:

1. Volunteer Registration - Use your ClubVolunteer specific registration link, QR code or import volunteer information from other systems.

2. Volunteer Roles - Create club-specific volunteer roles ie Bar, Gate, Canteen/Kiosk, Scoreboard, Umpires, Team Managers, etc.

3. Shift Templates - Create role templates for frequently used shifts. Specify how many volunteers are required for each shift and specify the start/finish time for the shift.

4. Rosters - Quickly add templated shifts to rostered dates to easily create a volunteer roster for a whole season.

5. Volunteer Communication - SMS and email your volunteer database asking for volunteers to confirm their details and select volunteer shifts.

6. Volunteers are sent SMS and Email reminders the week of their shift. Role-specific instructions are emailed so that volunteers know who to report to and what is required.

7. Volunteer Reports - Run reports on who your club's top volunteers are and volunteers who have not completed any shifts.
