✨ Client Spotlight: Cass ✨
What started as a way to complement her gym training quickly became an essential part of her routine.
After a back injury forced Cass to step away from the gym, Reformer Pilates, Yoga and Recovery sessions became key parts of her rehabilitation journey. Not only did they help her rebuild strength and confidence, but they also gave her greater body awareness as someone with hypermobility.
