INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA 2026
This weeks leads into the International Day of Yoga - the theme for 2026 is “Healthy Aging with Yoga," is a beautiful reminder that yoga is truly a practice for every body, every age, and every stage of life.
Yoga isn't about touching your toes, standing on your head, or achieving the perfect pose. It's about creating strength, mobility, balance, resilience, connection, and peace within ourselves.
Through regular practice, yoga helps us age with greater vitality, grace, and wellbeing—both physically and mentally.
Whether you're 18 or 88, a complete beginner or a long-time yogi, flexible or feeling a little stiff, you are welcome on the mat.
Every body is a yoga body, and every practice can be adapted to meet you exactly where you are.
