Itβs a wrap for 2023 for HBFIT Bootcamp π
What an EPIC year weβve had. I wanted to take a moment to express my deep appreciation to everyone who trains with me. HBFIT is far more than just a bootcamp crew to me β it's about the power of unity, support, community and inspiration.
Our HBFIT family has grown in 2023. We have welcomed new members and said goodbye to others. As always it has been a year filled with ups and downs, with silent battles, health challenges, injuries, illnesses, triumphs, and opportunities for growth. Everyone should be proud of themselves. You are exactly where you are meant to be β¦
2023 in review β¦.
We completed approximately 200 bootcamp sessions!
We witnessed numerous sunrises; we got consumed by fog on a number of occasions; we sweated together; we lifted heavy things; we jumped, we ran; we squatted; we pushed; we pulled; we laughed, we cried, we had fun, we bickered like siblings, we supported each other through difficult times and we cheered each other on; our bonds strengthened β¦ we realised we are not just a Bootcamp crew, we are a family that give a s**t about each other.
And to recognise we are far more than an early morning bootcamp crew β¦
