Today, we celebrate the women who are the heart of our club; our mums.
To all the mums, grandmothers, step mums, aunties, carers, and mother figures of the Carine Cats Softball family; we thank you.
Thank you for the countless hours spent on the sidelines in the heat and the cold.
For the early mornings, late nights, uniform washing, post-game food runs, and endless encouragement.
For the hugs after tough losses and the cheers after big wins.
For giving our players confidence, support, and a place to belong.
Community clubs are built on volunteers, families, and love and so much of that comes from our incredible mums and mum figures behind the scenes who give so much of themselves without ever asking for recognition.
Today we recognise you, appreciate you, and celebrate you.
