Hi Everyone…
Tomorrow is a soccer hub day here in Iluka.
We organise all the fields and run the canteen to fundraise for our soccer club.
We need volunteers to help out in both these areas.
Nathan will be setting up fields from 7:30am and will need help for change overs during the morning and pack up at the end.
Canteen will be running all morning and needs people to take shifts before or after their kids’ games.
Come and check in with one of us and we will let you know what needs doing.

Hey ⚽️
This Wednesday afternoon we are going to do a little clean up of the sports shed and canteen, whilst the kids do training- we would really appreciate any help to get this done- it is so easy when there are plenty of hands!!

This Saturday is also our first hub day where we host many games her at our home grounds. We run a full canteen all morning as well as set up, change over and pack down all the fields.
This also requires help from whoever is available- Nathan is usually setting up the fields from 7:30am, canteen needs helpers all morning and pack down is usually around 12:00. Please help out before or after your kids games if you can. 😊😊
We really appreciate any offer of help to make these days run smoothly- just check in with Nathan, Kady, or Yasmin if you are unsure of how to help.

Hi Everyone
Just letting you know that the new soccer shirts will be handed out by your coaches before the game tomorrow… get there 15 minutes early to get sorted if possible.
The shirts are reversible and have 2 different sides so coach and team can decide which side to wear each game. If there are any shirts that need to be changed for a different size contact Kady or Nathan.
We look forward to seeing them all in action! ⚽️

Heads up… our new shirts are stuck in transit in Sydney so we will be in our old kit for the first game.
We will still get whoever is available to come and have a fitting and grab a shirt this afternoon.

⚽️⚽️‼️Update regarding this Friday’s working bee at the soccer club…!!!

We are going to have to postpone the clean up until next Friday the 8th at 3:30pm!

We had a tree fall on the roof of the club last week during a big storm and the council has closed the canteen space as it is in need of some repairs.

We will still have a meet this Friday at 3:30pm to hand out shirts for Saturday’s games so come along if you are able to.

If you are unable to make it please post the shirt size of your child on to the teams WhatsApp and we will make sure the coaches have them at the game❗️

Hey people…
Soccer season is here and we are looking forward to making it great with you all.
We have had another big year of registrations and we will have a busy season training, playing and hosting on our hub days.
This will take a good deal of energy from our community to keep it all running…. Last year was amazing and we hope to build on that good vibe for 2026 😊
We have a working bee organised this Friday afternoon at 3:30 to clean and organise the canteen and sports shed ready for our hosting days.
Kids and adults welcome… come hang and lend a hand to make our space clean and beautiful!

1 week to go before the 2026 soccer season starts.

This draw gives you our home game dates for the mini Roos.

On our home game dates we will need volunteers to setup, cook bbq, serve in canteen, and pack up at the completion of the day etc. Please keep this in mind.
