Wonderful news for our Iluka and Woombah communities. Iluka Fitness Centre is STAYING! Not only is it staying, it's to be improved. The Gym will close Saturday 7th February for renovations but wll RE-OPEN on Monday 2nd of March under new ownership as a 24 hour gym. Regina and I couldn't be more pleased to have it continue on in the community and are truly excited for the new owners who we believe will be a great fit.

Both Bodyrock Townsend and Iluka Fitness Centre WILL BE OPEN today (Monday) at 6am.
Reggie and I are still flooded out but Molly and Brooklynn will have the doors open so, if it’s safe for you to do so, get on in and break the rainy day boredom.

We need everyone to get on board with this local legend. Voting for the Clarence Valley Sportsperson of the Year Awards closes soon. Grant continues to be epitome of Anti Ageing at 74 years young going from strength to strength in his newly chosen sport. He has now set a new Australian record in every comp he has attended with his latest being a massive 201kg deadlift at the Powerlifting Australia Melbourne Open just three days before Christmas. This now qualifies him for the Asia Pacific Championships in March 2025.
Grant is now the No.1 Ranked Powerlifter in the World for his age category proving that age truly is just a number.
