🥋 A great weekend on the mats!

Honoured to attend the One Legacy International Taekwon-Do Federation Black Belt Training last weekend under the guidance of Grand Master Michael Daher.

A fantastic opportunity to learn, train and grow alongside fellow black belts. Taking plenty of knowledge and inspiration back to Ascend Taekwon-do Highfields.

What an incredible day for Sunshine Coast & QLD Inc Taekwon-Do Clubs!
A huge congratulations to Kickin-It Taekwon-Do, Ultimate Taekwon-Do and Ascend Taekwon-Do Highfields for their outstanding performances at the QITFA State Championships.
Together, our Three clubs achieved an amazing 64 medals:
🥇 25 Gold
🥈 21 Silver
🥉 17 Bronze
We are incredibly proud of every competitor for their dedication, determination, and outstanding sportsmanship. Thank you to MMA Taekwon-Do for hosting the event, and congratulations to all the clubs who made it such a great day of competition.
