📣 AGM REMINDER 📣

A reminder that the HDRCC AGM is on THIS Sunday, 14 June at the clubhouse. The time has changed, due to a venue booking adjustment.

🕘 10:00am – 12:00pm
📍 220 Barracks Rd, Highfields

The AGM will be followed by a General Committee Meeting.

We have already received nominations for a number of positions, however there are still several vacancies across administration, operations, events, fundraising and support roles.

If you’d like to get involved and help support the Doggies, we’d love to see you there. 💙❤️🤍

A huge congratulations to our HDRCC women who have earned selection in the 2026 TCI Women’s Falcons Representative Squads! 💙❤️🤍

It’s fantastic to see our club represented at the representative level and a testament to the effort these players put in both on and off the field.

Women’s cricket continues to grow, and we’re proud to see our Doggies helping lead the way.

Congratulations to all players selected across the region, and especially our HDRCC representatives. We’ll be cheering you on all season! 🏏🦅

Our second Junior Female Winter Academy Session is on next Sunday June 7 from 9am - 2pm at Toowoomba Grammar School.

Please ensure you have plenty of water, lunch, sunscreen and a positive attitude.

Don’t forget your kit bags and a hat!

Our coaches are looking forward to getting back into their work with the talented Junior Female players from across the DDSWQ zone.

📣 HDRCC AGM 2026 📣

All members are invited to attend the Highfields & Districts Railway Cricket Club Annual General Meeting for 2026.

🗓 Sunday 14 June
⏰ 9:00am – 11:00am
📍 Clubhouse – 220 Barracks Rd, Highfields

The AGM will be followed by a General Committee Meeting.

As we prepare for another season, we’re also looking for volunteers to help support and grow the club in a range of important roles:

🔹 Senior Cricket Coordinator
🔹 Volunteer Coordinator
🔹 Women’s Cricket Lead
🔹 Blue Card / Compliance Coordinator
🔹 Apparel & Stock Support
🔹 First Aid / Safety Officer

Our club runs because of the people behind the scenes, and we’d love to see a few more Doggies get involved. Even if you’re just interested in learning more, come along and have a chat.

Queensland Cricket is committed to supporting the growth of coaches, players, and volunteers across the state — and this is a fantastic opportunity to take your coaching to the next level!

📣 **Expressions of Interest are now OPEN** for the **Representative Coach Accreditation Courses (Level 2)** in 2026.

📍 **Course Locations:**
• **Townsville** – 27–30 June 2026
• **Brisbane** – 9–12 July 2026

💰 **Cost:** $550 (payable only upon acceptance)
👥 **Limited spots:** Only 30 places per course

🗓 **EOI closes:** Friday 22nd May 2026
📩 **Successful applicants notified:** Friday 29th May 2026
