Sunday training restarts this weekend 💪

Reminder that Sunday training at the Red Dragons Den starts back this coming Sunday 1/2/26.

Looking forward to seeing lots of people on the floor, especially those doing Dan gradings or intending to grade to brown tips/armband and above in Zen Do Kai or Muay Thai. It's an excellent opportunity to train with students from other clubs and gauge your progress/skillset off each other.

Or...push yourself to get into some ground work through BJJ and weapons skills in Swordsmanship.
Grab 2026 with both hands everyone, utilise all of the these opportunities made available to supercharge your martial arts journey!!
