Another successful week regardless of one member doing his knee at work…

So pumped one of my clients is 3 weeks sober and just beat one of those testing times last weekend 💪🏽

Few of the my clients and most of my team are doing GC50 Run Festival from the 50k, 21k and the 10k which we are keen to rip !!

Also a new member wanting to start building his base for Brisbane HYROX Australia & New Zealand 2027 and today went out bought himself his first Garmin Australia & New Zealand

Exciting times ahead at KPhit we get it 🦍
