Wangaratta RSL Social Club came to have a try at our sport on Saturday. Some old military r***es were brought out for something different for them to try as well as the F Standard r***es. Some Social club members also had their own hunting r***es. Everybody seemed to have a good time.
On Sunday it was the final week of the Morsby Handicap Trophy in F Class. Joe Aquilina had a two-week score of 237.75 to win the trophy. Rod Gerrett won the two-week Sewell handicap in TR with 196.75 It is not very often that someone crossfires and still wins a trophy, so well-done again to Rod

This is a basic tour of our electronic targets for those who haven’t seen them. When we fire a shot, the target calculates where the shot is and then it is sent via Wi Fi to the electronic devices such as phones, tablets and laptops. So, on the shooting mound the scorer and shooter both can see the score and shot placement. Automatically results are sent back at the club rooms and then the Server then publishes the results to the Hexta site. You can watch live the scoring shots as well.

It seemed very cold at the Glenrowan Range yesterday. Light fog made for a sighting challenge. But despite the weather some very good scores were recorded on the day in both TR and F Class.
Paul Puiatti with 121.25 in F Class is leading the pack in the first week of the Wangaratta Handicap 4 stage Sheild
Mark Sewell in TR is ahead in the Sheild with 102.25
We wish our members that are traveling to Bendigo next week good luck
Also maybe a few that might be heading off to Yunta PM, so good shooting
