We have a group of dedicated coaches here to help you every step of the way. Put simply, CrossFit is a training system that prepares you for whatever life can throw at you. Workouts are short & intense, and incorporate elements of gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, and cardio. Workouts are suitable for EVERYONE, everything is scalable for every level of fitness, age or injury history. We believe t

hat the training needs of Olympic athletes and weekend warriors differ by degree not kind. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience, skill or fitness level. The program works for elite athletes, professional fighters, recreational sportspeople and domestic goddesses! PRICES:
$90 Fundamentals (90min 1 on 1 Technique session)

$60/week unlimited sessions

May is done, we are into June meaning we are nearly half way through the year!!! Holy beeswax how did that happen!!!
While it has been ha'penny we have been getting fitter, stronger and more fantastic!!!
May saw us test our lifts and we had many many PBs which was awesome to see and just a importantly or even more importantly we moved well for all our lifts, so but congrats to you all.
We had 24 people hit 16 sessions or more for May which is also some and the consistency is really showing in your results, so keep it up.

What starts as a search for fitness often becomes something much bigger. For some people, it's not about losing weight or hitting a PB—it's about finding confidence, connection, and a place to belong. This is one of those stories.

Before Crossfit ... I was lost ..
I had no friends, no Family no community and no fitness... I was p*eing myself standing on the trampoline with my son after a complicated birth that should have had reconstructive surgery... I was just okay with never skipping or running ever again... That was life.

Now, I have a family... That means so much more than anyone could ever know. I no longer p*e myself when standing on a trampoline... In fact I can do double Unders with dry pants... I gained confidence in my body and a family I never imagined having.

This is why we do what we do. Stronger isn't just about lifting more weight—it's about rebuilding confidence, trusting your body again, and finding a community that supports you through every stage of life. Thank you for sharing your journey with us Jen. We're so grateful you're part of the CrossFit Geraldton family. ❤️

Happy 1st CrossFit Birthday to this hard worker....Tomo!!
Tomo started with us on 9/6/2025 looking to challenge himself, and to add some strength to his training. Coming from a running background CrossFit was a completely different way to train. Tomo took to CrossFit like a duck to water, and has been a regular at the 5.30am since his first session.
He loves learning new things, and pushing to see where his potential is. It has been awesome seeing Tomo pick up new skills across the last year like double-unders, unassisted pull-ups and toes to bar, as well as get stronger. We look forward to seeing where the next years take him.

High 5s and Fist Bumps to this quiet achiever our May Athlete of the Month....Angus (aka Gus!)
A regular in the 6.30pm session, Gus has been really consistent with his training since the start of the year and it has been great seeing him build confidence in his own abilities and his self. He is getting stronger and fitter and way more confident every time he is in. No longer quietly sitting waiting for the session to start he is more starting up conversations, he is starting to really think out his plan for each workout then checking in with the coach to make sure he is in the right track.

Some stories remind us that fitness isn’t about chasing perfection… sometimes it’s about getting your life back.

Before CrossFit I had just had medical intervention to assist with long term back pain caused from degeneration in my spine. Having less pain meant I could actually think about exercising again….this is when I approached D. This was a year and a half ago. I never imagined that I would ever be able to lift heavy weights at all let alone over my head! I can bend and move with so much more stability and I have learnt to trust my body. I am able to push my body out of its comfort zone and know I will be fine. Being able to move with intention again has been a life saver for my mental and physical health. I can’t imagine not doing CrossFit now it’s my happy place. - Kelly W

What started as a way to rebuild his body after injuries turned into something much bigger. 💪
For this legend, CrossFit became more than training — it became his sport, his routine, and a huge part of his life.

Catch you later and all the very best of luck to this quiet achiever....Esther!!!!
Esther is heading to the big smoke for 6 months of training, and the start of the next adventure of her work life. It has been awesome to have helped Esther achieve the fitness, and help build the mindset and resilience she needs for this next phase, over the past year. We know she will take it all in her stride and we look forward to seeing her achieve her next set of goals.

One of the coolest things about long-term training is seeing women continue to get stronger through every stage of life — not despite busy lives, kids, work, and aging… but alongside it all.

I have always lead an active lifestyle, doing a variety of different sports over the years. But life changes a lot when you have kids and it’s hard to find something that is motivating and fits in around family needs. CrossFit fit into my life, from 9:30am sessions where my kids watch their mum get fitter and stronger. To afternoon sessions when I went back to work and now early mornings because my kids have their sports after school. This year is my 8th year of CrossFit Geraldton. 8 years of lifestyle changes and aging. As I approach 50, I am still getting stronger and mastering new skills, surrounded by a great community, lead by knowledgeable coaches. - Annette

A Sense of Belonging - (from CrossFit.com)
has surprisingly exacting resources and tools at its disposal for creating healthy individuals and communities. One of them is the opportunity to work so hard in front of one another that we lose, and witness others losing, some semblance of the death grip on our tidy, protective layers. In the gym, we work hard in front of others to the point where we’re not sure we can do it — finish the workout or not, pick up the weight again, or jump back up on the bar. In our workouts, there’s the chance of failure, but we do it anyway, and we share that effort and the outcomes of that effort with others who have just experienced the same thing.
This is the recipe for creating connection and camaraderie. There is no posturing, just genuine, solid effort — and the willingness to cheer each other on. Through this process, we are reminded of our shared humanity. It breeds connection. It creates a space where we feel more welcome and free to be ourselves — a space where we belong.
