Hey Salties
Just a quick post from me to say thankyou for your support over the last 12 months.

I bloody loved our little space, and am truly gutted to have it come to an end.

Most of the gear has relocated to SkyBox.
Their upstairs gym space is wicked.

Surfclub are reclaiming the space and fitting out with their own equipment, plus the new flooring.

On a personal note, I'll be taking some time to refocus. I've got three kids to look after and somewhere amongst this chaos, I need to find peace.

Therefore, in staying aligned with our core values, from February 1st, Flow Cafe will trade as a retail store + take away cafe only.

My core could never segregate my community. It is not who I am, it is not who Flow is.
Geraldton is my home.

Flow has been built on the foundation of kindness + belonging. Becoming take away allows us to stay true to ourselves, to our values .

To stay kind to mankind.

These are new times for us all, but know we are always here for you all.
Completely unjudged.

Our whole menu will always be available and many new + amazing things will be hitting our grab n go fridge + retail store.

We will continue catering as we always have.

All foods will be served on takeaway plates + containers or feel free to bring your own containers down .
Our tables are always out, as will be takeaway cutlery.

Rest assured our fingers are on the pulse. We will be pivoting + staying connected with you all, keeping you updated as we move through all of this.

I am so proud of you Geraldton, for making the choices that were + are right for you. There are no wrong or right answers .

Together we move forward .
If one can’t sit, we all stand.

~ we are not going to make you wait outside like a l***r.
~ we are going to welcome everyone.
~ we have always had tables, picnic blankets, play equipment outside for all to use.
~ when we first began serving food in May, we didn’t even have tables inside.
~ we have always been able to deliver to your door - don’t forget that’s how we started - and we will continue.

We love our customers and we want everyone to still be able to enjoy smoothies in the sunshine (or coffee as it is today, no judgement, it’s the first day back at school!!!)

It's in the name, hey?
Saltwater Community.
A space where everyone has always been welcome.

Saltwater Community Gym stand with other concerned businesses and individuals in our community asking for standards of inclusivity and equality to be upheld and respected.

Whatever choices you make, they should be yours to make.

In support of those in our community being excluded from indoor gym access, Saltwater will be offering some outdoor workout options. If you would like to register your interest in these sessions, comment below and we will include you in information as we finalise arrangements.

Hey crew!!
Just a quick little shout out/call out for anyone interested in joining the local surf club 🌊❤

Our beaches are amazing and we are so fortunate to have volunteer Surf Life Saving patrols - but we can always use more! 🏄‍♀️

Annual membership to the GSLSC is super affordable
$150 individual or $300 family

Entitles you to FREE first aid courses
AND bronze medallion courses
Plus be an incredible, integral part of the community
Weekend patrols, club get togethers and nationally recognised training.
Plus patrol members get free gym access 😉

Next first aid courses run as soon as
December 13 and 14
