It's weird and empty and lifeless.
There's no hum of speakers waiting for music.
No beep of the door.
No rustle of gym bags, sliding of weights, unrolling of mats.
No chatter.
No people.
No more.
From May 29, 2017 to today.
4 years we were here.
If you were a part of this in any way, I thank you.
As a member, a visitor, a staff, a student, an observer or an always almost... You are the ones that Phit grew for. I have met incredible people, made life long friends and been inspired beyond measure.
As a trainer, I aim to influence a healthy life. But there are women here that probably don't even realise how much of an impact they have had on me.
This has been one of the most amazing experiences for me and my family.
There is nothing that even remotely explains my gratitude.
I'll be around. Just not here.
