Garry Pengelly will be performing at George Town Bowls Club on Sunday 16th August from 1pm to 4pm. $15 including nibbles. Known him for many years and is well worth listening (and Dancing) to. Get your group together for what will be a great afternoon.

We have been made aware of the passing of Allan Jones. Allan was a Member of the Bowls Club and was well known and a friend to many. The Board would like to pass on their condolences to Allan's family.

Due to the rapid sale of our Friday Meat raffle, a second raffle was organised. Both were drawn at the Club tonight. First raffle winners were 1st and 3rd prizes both won by Jenna Long. Well done, Jenna. 2nd prize won by Badger (Scott Viney) who also won 2nd prize in the second raffle draw!! In the 2nd raffle, 1st prize was won by Dianne & Graeme Geale. 3rd prize won by Jo Sewell! Thank you to all those who purchased tickets and a huge thank you again to Shane George Town Meathouse. Great looking produce.
