The Job:
Manage and run our supervised waterfront hire hubs.
Lead engaging, guided kayaking tours.
Deliver exciting school holiday programs for kids.
Instruct recreational kayaking classes for various skill levels.
The Locations:
While our core supervised hire hubs are at Barwon Heads and Eastern Beach (Geelong), our school holiday programs and kayaking classes go out from Geelong and run across multiple regions—including Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, Werribee, and beyond. If you love paddling across various waterways and fresh scenery, this is for you.
The Rates:
$32 – $41 per hour (depending on role and responsibilities).

What We Need:
The Right Energy: Friendly, passionate people who love sharing their enthusiasm for the outdoors.
Water Literacy: A strong understanding and knowledge of varied water environments.
Risk Management: Strong dynamic risk assessment skills to handle changing water and weather conditions safely.
Licence & Logistics: A full driver's licence and the ability to reliably get to our warehouse in Geelong.
Qualifications &/or Experience: Relevant paddling qualifications (or solid water/logbook experience for assistants). Current First Aid, CPR, and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
