Founder & Instructor Spotlight - Meet Amanda

Q: Tell us a bit about your movement background.
A: Movement has been a big part of my life I have always been active. I grew up loving team sports like softball, volleyball, and soccer. My Pilates journey started in 2018 with my own practice and transformed into sharing my love for it in 2021. I’m loving every stage!

Q: How did you find your way to the Pilates studio?
A: Well, I actually started by building a studio at home with just a single reformer. I knew exactly the type of environment I wanted to create and share: supportive, encouraging, and fearless. I want people to show up just as they are and just start.

Q: What does the name of your studio mean to you?
A: A "Good Day" starts with intentional movement and a supportive community.

Q: What is your favorite Pilates move to teach (and to do)?
A: I absolutely love feet in straps, so much so that it’s in every single class!

Q: What does life look like for you outside of the studio?
A: When I’m not on a reformer, I’m usually hanging out with my family and my dogs. I love spending time in my garden and greenhouses, and I love to collect MCM decor and vintage glass.

For our wonderful crew who know Christina from the Tuesday 9:00 AM class, we have some absolutely beautiful news to share! 🍼

​Please join us in welcoming the newest member of our extended community:

🩵 Milo Ellis Pfeiffer 🩵
​He made his grand entrance on Tuesday, 19th May at 11:55 AM, weighing a healthy 3.790kg and measuring 52cm long. Both mum and baby Milo are doing fantastic, and big brother Ezra is absolutely stoked with his new little best friend! 😍

​Christina is already missing the studio and hoping to ease back into her Pilates routine in about 6 weeks (pending the official thumbs up, of course!).

​We can't wait to see you back on the reformer whenever you're ready, Christina!
