Nippers at Dicky Beach offers a fun active lifestyle choice for children aged 5 to 13, as well as a solid base for competition in surf sports.

Our nippers are taught everything from sun & surf safety, beach sprints, board paddling & lifesaving skills!

🌧️🏖️ That’s a wrap for Rainbow Beach Carnival!

A huge well done to all our kids who competed last weekend! Despite the rain, changing conditions and a few uncertainties, everyone showed great team spirit, stayed positive and gave it their best. We are so proud of you all!

A special shout-out to our amazing Water Safety crew, who braved the conditions and spent hours in the water making sure our kids were safe. Your dedication and hard work never go unnoticed. ❤️

A big thank you to all the parents who came along, helped out and supported the team. And of course, a massive thank you to our JAC crew for all their hard work, organisation and for looking after everyone throughout the carnival.

It takes a whole team to make these weekends happen, and we couldn’t do it without every single one of you!

Well done, everyone! That’s Rainbow Beach done and dusted. See you all at the next carnival! 🌈💙

Each year at Currimundi State School's annual Beach Carnival, one lucky student is awarded a Dicky Beach SLSC Nippers family membership, generously donated by Ray White Caloundra 🙌

This year’s winner was Lainey T, and as you can see, she’s absolutely loving Nippers! 😀

A huge thank you to Ray White Caloundra for offering this fantastic prize and helping more local families experience the fun, friendships and skills that come with being part of our Nippers program! 💚💛

🌊💛 Nippers is about so much more than just the beach!

Today, our U11s and U12s were learning some basic first aid skills! 🩹👏

At Nippers, we don’t just teach our kids how to be confident in the water, read the surf and stay safe on the beach. We also help them build important life skills, including how to respond when someone needs help.

It’s wonderful to see our young Nippers learning, growing and gaining knowledge that they can carry with them beyond the beach. Who knows, one day these little lessons might make a big difference! 🥰

Learning, growing and looking out for one another. That’s what Nippers is all about! 💛❤️
