GFD is on tomorrow 29th June 9.30am. It will be our last session as we take a break for July, but don't worry we will be back in August refreshed and ready to start our sessions again. A big Thank you to everyone who turns up on Mondays and Fridays to support our little community exercise classes. We hope you enjoy the exercises as much as we enjoy taking them.
