Our new FORM gym towels have officially landed and are available from reception for $14.99 🖤

Which brings us to a little housekeeping update… 👀

As we continue improving FORM and keeping the gym clean, fresh + a space everyone wants to train in, from next Monday, we’ll be asking that a towel be required for all workouts 🙏 A tiny change that helps us keep the space better for everyone 🖤

A little update on our Timetable 🖤

After a lot of thought, we’ve made the very hard decision to cancel our open gym 😔 Unfortunately it just hasn’t seen the interest needed to keep it running sustainably, and as much as we wish that wasn’t the case, we have to make decisions that keep this space viable for the long run. If open gym was part of your routine, we’re especially sorry for the disruption, please reach out to us directly if you’re interested in a special offer we have available for you 🫶

On another note, a couple of changes on the Pilates schedule too 🫶👉

🌙 Our Wednesday evening class is getting a refresh, now running from 5:30pm, 45 minutes of abs and b***y with BALANCE Sculpt 🔥

🌺 We’re also adding an Evolve class to Saturday mornings, a lovely way to power into the weekend 🤍

Thank you for being part of this space and for trusting us as we keep shaping it into somewhere that genuinely works for our community. As always, if you’ve got questions or feedback, our door (and DMs) are always open 🖤

You may have already seen her around the space, but we wanted to formally welcome our new Studio Manager to the community!

Miya has been part of the Balance × FORM family as a member for a while now, so having her on board feels like a beautiful fit, and she’s already been an amazing addition to the team 🙌

We’d love to see the rooms utilised by practitioner/s whose work complements what we do, in a health and wellness space, so if you think your work fits within our health and wellness space, we’d love to hear from you!

What’s included:

✨ On-site parking for you and your clients
