Wishing Sahrah all the best as she embarks on her first trip with SwimAus to the 2026 Para Pan Pacific Championships in California. Coach Tim will be joining her for the staging camp.

Massive congratulations to 16-year old Sahrah Hancock who tonight in her 100m Breast met the qualifying time (QT) for the 2026 Para Pan PACS Immersion Program, with her 1:44.06 smashing the QT of 1:44.72.

Well done Sahrah! If selected will see her join the Para team in California.

Feeling excited, with the Australian Swimming Trials starting this morning. All our thoughts are with Bayleigh Young, James Smith and Sahrah Hancock as they commence their programs. Heats and finals are being broadcast live and free, streamed on 9Now, with television coverage in Darwin on 9Gem. Times in the session summary below are in NSW times (minus 30 minutes for NT time).
