Huge thanks to the legends Chas Graham Electrical for lighting up our new signage AND our car park!

Not only does it look bloody good, but the extra lighting makes our car park a much safer place for our members training before the sun comes up and after it goes down.

Meet Crew Member Raine 💥

Long-time member.
First time Trainer.
Raine's officially joined the PFX Gym Crew as our newest Group Class Instructor and we are pretty bloody excited about it!

You'll catch Raine in our classroom every Thursday encouraging & motivating our members through the 5:30pm Functional Class.

He’s one of the kindest, most respectful and well-mannered young lads you’ll ever meet, with an absolute passion for lifting heavy weights! This guy doesn’t just train… he lives and breathes it. We’re so excited to see him share that passion with our members!

Word on gym floor is 🤫Raine has plans to step into 1-on-1 PT in the near future too. So watch this space 😉

Today S h a r n entered BEAST MODE 😈

Her goal: 700 calories.
Her result: 1,005 calories 💥

Because when Sharn sets a goal, really it’s only ever a suggestion!

She smashed out PT, Group Class AND cardio until she hit the 1,000+ mark.

And honestly… this is just classic Sharn 🔥

She never misses a week, always gives it everything she’s got and trains like an absolute weapon.

Does she complain?
Occasionally.
Does she stop?
NEVER!

And we have to give a special mention to PT Cass Schultz , who has mastered the art of knowing EXACTLY what to say and EXACTLY what song to play to keep Sharn in beast mode 🤘🏼

700 was the goal. 1,005 was the outcome.

To make a social reel for your business after taking Endone for a dislocated shoulder… 🤔😂

Last night’s Lara thought she had absolutely NAILED it 🤘🏼

Today’s Lara discovered she indeed… DID NOT. The music didn’t even last the entire reel 🫣😂

Was it a minor marketing fail?
Absolutely.
Was it the end of the world?
Not a chance!

One little editing mishap isn’t going to take away from the fun, laughs & good vibes from last nights SRC Baby Shower Class.
