Thank you to everyone who walked in the rain or sponsored to support our fundraiser for our horse walker.
The rain was NO deterrent to us as we trudged on! ☔️ Not sure beers at 10.30am is advised but we thank our major sponsors the Cricket Club Hotel for opening to accommodate us and the few would be pool sharks 🙄 🎱
We are so proud of the effort everyone has put in to help the club achieve the goal of $10 000 - we will announce the total at our next raffle night SUNDAY 1st NOV
Well done Charlton community, CHRC members and all harness racing participants who have chosen to see some future for our sport in our great little town.

Despite the impending rain tomorrow the walkathon will be going ahead!! ☔️🌂🌧️
Please come prepared and meet at Zac’s stable ( last one on the left) for coffee and registration ($5 per walker- kids free) at 9.30am.
We will assess the weather then and pivot if need be!
There will be a progressive horseshoe hunt for the kids- big lolly jars to win!!🍭🍬
And don’t forget a BBQ afterwards at Charlton Park.🥩
Everyone is welcome and a huge thank you to those who have been gathering sponsors for this big fundraiser to improve our Training Centre. 💰👏👏👏
