What a weekend. Big lifts, big energy, and even bigger team spirit.

🔥 Helen McLachlan – Clean & Jerk PB
🥈 Christine Angell – Sn**ch PB + Comp Total PB
🥈 Tash Nilsson – Comp PB in a new weight class
🥇 Fraser Harrison – Most creative lifting (as always)

Also an honourable mention to Laura & Helen who volunteered over the weekend to referee & TO sessions. Whether it’s making calls or loading bars between lifts, these roles are what keep the comp flowing and everyone lifting on time 💪🏻

Beyond the platform, beach trips, Bundy Rum, volunteering, and backing the entire weightlifting community 👏

On Friday, we had a fun prep session for our team heading up to masters. The old card night is always very chaotic but a great team bonding exercise before we head up to Bundaberg (you can also see our awesome shirts in the video 😉)
