Throughout June we are hosting FREE “Back to Pilates” classes designed specifically for anyone wanting to ease back into movement in a supportive, beginner and injury-friendly environment.
These classes are perfect if you have had time away, lost routine, been dealing with injuries, or simply want a gentle way to get back into pilates without any pressure.
Each class will focus on; a reintroduction on how to use and set up the reformer correctly, improving mobility and flexibility, injury modifications so you can get the most out of group classes and rebuilding your confidence and consistency.
Spots in each class are limited and bookings must be made using the MINDBODY app. Download the app, search Your Studio CBR and select view schedule.
